Key Responsibilities

• Assist senior team members with daily tasks and projects.
• Learn and understand company processes and tools.
• Perform basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and scheduling.
• Attend training sessions and actively participate in skill development.
• Collaborate with team members to meet company goals and objectives.
• Assist in maintaining and updating records and databases.
• Provide customer service or support as required, including answering calls or responding to emails.
• Ensure all tasks are completed accurately and within deadlines.
• Follow company policies and procedures in all tasks.
• Contribute to team discussions, meetings, and brainstorming sessions.

Skills and Qualifications

• Education

  : High school diploma or equivalent (a college degree is a plus, depending on the role).
• Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
