About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Associate to join our team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to learn, build strong client relationships, and contribute to the growth of the business. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and support overall business expansion efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify potential clients and business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach.
• Generate, qualify, and nurture leads to create a strong sales pipeline.
• Assist in developing sales strategies and presentations to pitch products/services to clients.
• Maintain client relationships by providing timely support and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth on-boarding and client satisfaction.
• Achieve weekly and monthly targets for lead generation and conversion.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market developments.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills (both verbal and written).
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Basic understanding of sales and marketing concepts is a plus.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to take initiative.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic CRM knowledge is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
