Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Assist in managing daily operations of the workshop, ensuring efficient use of resources and meeting production targets. Collaborate with team members to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards. Provide technical support to mechanics and engineers, troubleshooting issues and resolving problems related to vehicle maintenance and repair. Desired Candidate Profile B.Tech/B.E. degree in Automobile or Mechanical field (0-1 year experience). Strong understanding of automotive systems, including engines, transmissions, brakes, etc. Excellent supervisory skills with ability to manage teams effectively. Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies. Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word) for documentation purposes.
