Key Responsibilities: Digital Marketing Functions Plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns across platforms: LinkedIn, Google Ads, YouTube, and industry directories. Maintain and update the corporate website, landing pages, and SEO/SEM performance. Develop, manage, and distribute engaging content (blogs, posts, infographics, case studies) aligned with equipment offerings. Track and report digital KPIs: traffic, leads, engagement, ROI. Manage email campaigns (newsletters, product updates) and automate workflows using CRM or marketing tools (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot, Mailchimp). Social Media & Online Presence Create social media calendars and manage company handles (LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook). Work with design and content teams to deliver high-impact visual and video content (e.g., equipment walkarounds, customer testimonials). Monitor competitor digital activity and suggest proactive strategies. Project Monitoring Responsibilities Track timelines and deliverables for ongoing marketing projects (campaigns, launches, dealer promotions, customer presentations). Coordinate with cross-functional teams (design, sales, service, dealers) to keep projects on schedule. Prepare weekly dashboards and progress reports for marketing leadership. Maintain documentation and status updates for project activities, milestones, and dependencies. Assist in planning for events, exhibitions, webinars, and digital product launches. Required Qualifications & Skills Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or related field. Certification in Digital Marketing (Google, HubSpot, Meta, etc.) preferred. Experience: 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in industrial/B2B sector. Experience in project coordination or campaign rollout is a plus. Skills: Proficiency with Google Ads, Analytics, SEO tools, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Ads. Familiarity with WordPress, Canva, Adobe Suite, or video editing tools is an advantage. Strong communication, time management, and multitasking ability. Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for tracking and reporting. Basic knowledge of CRM platforms and task management tools like Trello, Asana, or Monday.com. Performance Metrics: Lead generation volume and quality from digital campaigns Website traffic and engagement growth Timely execution of projects and marketing deliverables Campaign ROI and reporting accuracy Dealer or customer engagement through digital channels Desirable Traits: Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented Capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines Eager to learn industrial/technical products and apply marketing creatively
