Self-Motivated, well-focused, pro-active and hardworking professional with excellent management and organising skills Target oriented, works on tight deadlines and eager to learn new things Excellent communication skill, continuous self-development in respect of productivity Good Knowledge of Purchase of Consumables, Mechanical& Maintenance, Bought out & Engineering, Hydraulic & Pneumatic, Electrical , Pipe & Fitting, Packing & Capital, Stationery & Printing, item Etc. Making purchase plans after coordinating with cross-functional departments for ascertaining requirement of raw materials, bought-out items & spare-parts to meet the production targets Meeting cross-functional departments requirements by designing, implementing & monitoring cost-effective procurement schedules; carrying out supplier up-gradation for quality & productivity Improvements Identifying vendors & developing long-term partnerships with them for cost effective purchase functions; preparing comparative statements, managing vendor’s performance, conducting rejection analysis & initiating corrective action at vendor’s end Ensuring availability & delivery of right quality materials/parts at the right time, price & terms; monitoring stock for effective inventory control as well as maintaining all records of Purchase Department as per norms Negotiating and finalizing the rate/service contracts &work orders, following-up with vendor for pending orders / materials; making payments to vendors, preparing Purchase Orders & ensuring that proper data is captured in System. Implementing ways to achieve savings through process technology, eliminating/ substituting use of material, alternate sourcing, re-negotiations & localisation; preparing &evaluating various MIS reports to monitor day-to-day operations Developing Sundry Creditor List at end of the month and ensuring proper documentation of receipts & invoices; streamlining workflow within the organization and formulating & executing short term and long term business strategies Proficiency in planning effective Procurement schedules to meet the day-to-day requirements; drove cost savingsstrategiesthrough effective negotiations & re-negotiations, alternate sourcing, sub-contracting, localisation & material process change
