Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Customer Support (French-Speaking Market)

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats from French-speaking customers (primarily from Canada).
  • Assist clients with flight searches, bookings, modifications, and cancellations on meta platforms such as Jetcost, Kayak, Skyscanner, and others.

Flight Search & Itinerary Planning

  • Use internal GDS systems (like Travelport/Galileo) to offer competitive and customized itineraries based on customer needs.
  • Explain fare rules, cancellation policies, and other travel-related details clearly to clients.

Meta Integration Assistance

  • Understand the Canadian meta travel process and support customers booking through partner platforms.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing team to track meta leads and conversion performance.

CRM and Data Handling

  • Accurately maintain customer records in the CRM.
  • Follow up with prospective leads and update lead status promptly.

Sales Target Achievement

  • Work towards achieving monthly booking targets and upsell opportunities like seat selection, baggage, insurance, and more.

Coordination with UK Office

  • Communicate regularly with the UK-based team for updates on fares, airline promotions, and other market-specific changes.

Quality Assurance & Compliance

  • Ensure customer service quality standards are met.
  • Adhere to data protection and compliance policies, especially while dealing with international customers.

Training & Development

  • Attend ongoing product and destination training.
  • Stay updated with airline regulations, meta platform updates, and travel trends.

Language Proficiency

  • Translate travel documents, emails, and promotional material between French and English when required.
  • Provide culturally appropriate service for Canadian francophone travelers.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Freshers with good French communication skills are welcome.
  • Experienced candidates in travel BPOs or French-speaking customer service roles preferred.
  • Knowledge of GDS (e.g., Galileo, Amadeus) is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Flexibility to work in rotational shifts.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹14,297.19 - ₹50,000.00 per month
