Job Description: French Faculty (Contractual Basis)

Location: CGC Landran, Mohali
Position: French Language Trainer / Faculty
Employment Type: Contractual / Part-Time

About the Role

CGC Landran is looking for a passionate and skilled French Language Faculty to train students in spoken and written French. The trainer will be responsible for delivering high-quality sessions, preparing learning materials, and supporting students in improving their communication skills for academic and professional needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct French language classes (beginner to intermediate levels).
• Develop lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessments.
• Train students in pronunciation, vocabulary, grammar, reading, writing & speaking.
• Prepare students for language certifications/exams if required.
• Ensure interactive and engaging classroom teaching methods.
• Track student progress and provide regular feedback.
• Coordinate with departmental heads for scheduling and academic planning.
• Maintain discipline and a positive learning environment.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in French / Diploma in French (DELF, DALF preferred).
• Proven experience of 1–3 years in teaching or training French language.
• Strong command over written and spoken French.
• Ability to simplify complex topics and engage learners effectively.
• Good communication and classroom management skills.
• Familiarity with digital teaching tools will be an added advantage.

Contract Details

• Contractual / Part-Time engagement.
• Working hours as per departmental requirements.
• Compensation will be commensurate with experience.
