Freight Forwarding Sales & Marketing Specialist

As an Assistant Manager / Manager Sales (Business Development) at Unicon Logistics Mumbai Office, your role involves identifying potential customers through referrals, networking, and cold calling. You will need to listen to customers to understand their logistics and shipping-related problems, demonstrate services to add value, negotiate prices and terms, close sales, and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will be responsible for preparing reports, collaborating with other departments, and increasing Revenue and Profitability through acquiring new accounts and selling additional services.
