Baaz Sameday Ltd is a UK-based logistics and same-day transport company, operating across the UK with a network of over 5,000 vehicles and drivers.
We are now expanding into international freight forwarding, offering door-to-door air and sea services from India to the UK — including customs clearance and last-mile delivery through our UK fleet.

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Freight Forwarding Manager (India) who can kickstart and manage international shipments from India to the UK, build partnerships with airlines and consolidators, and help develop our new freight division under the Baaz Sameday brand.

The ideal candidate will already be working in the freight forwarding industry, understand end-to-end export processes, and have strong connections with agents, airlines, and logistics partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage door-to-door freight forwarding operations from India to the UK (Air & Sea).
• Handle all export processes: booking, pickup, customs clearance, documentation, and shipment tracking.
• Negotiate rates and manage bookings with airlines, shipping lines, and consolidators.
• Coordinate with the Baaz Sameday UK team for import clearance and UK delivery.
• Build relationships with exporters, manufacturers, and Indian freight agents.
• Provide regular shipment updates and ensure on-time delivery.
• Generate new business leads and bring client shipments to Baaz Sameday.

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in freight forwarding (Air/Sea exports).
• Strong knowledge of India → UK freight process, customs, and documentation.
• Good network with airlines, CHA, and freight agents.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills (English & Hindi).
• Ability to work independently and deliver results.
• Knowledge of Incoterms, HS codes, and export compliance preferred.

Salary & Incentives

Salary Range: ₹80,000 – ₹1,20,000 per month (based on experience)
Performance Bonus:

• ₹5,000–₹10,000 bonus per confirmed new client shipment
• 5–10% profit share on monthly business growth targets

Expected Total Earnings (including incentives): ₹1.2–₹2.0 lakh+ per month for high performers
