UK University Partnership & Admissions Coordinator

About the Role

A UK-registered company is looking for an experienced professional in India who can help manage UK university partnership registrations and agent onboarding processes.

The ideal candidate has previously worked with education consultancies such as SI-UK, IDP, AECC Global, Edvoy, or Global Opportunities, and understands how to onboard companies as approved agents with UK universities and colleges.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle the registration and onboarding process for our UK company with UK universities and colleges.
• Liaise with university partnership and admissions teams to complete agent forms, compliance documents, and references.
• Maintain professional communication with UK university representatives.
• Build relationships with Indian education consultants for potential student recruitment collaborations.
• Keep up to date with UK university policies, compliance requirements, and partnership opportunities.

Requirements

• Prior experience in a UK education consultancy (SI-UK, IDP, Edvoy, Global Opportunities, AECC, etc.).
• Strong understanding of UK university admissions and agent partnership processes.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Ability to work independently and communicate with UK-based management.
• Reliable internet connection and basic computer skills.

Salary

• ₹35,000 – ₹70,000 per month (depending on experience)

or

• Commission-based model (per successful university registration + per student enrolment bonuses).
