Freight Broker

As a Freight Broker Sales/Dispatch at our company located in Udyog Vihar phase 5 Sector 20, you will be a vital part of our US logistics team. Your primary responsibilities will include developing strong relationships with shippers, carriers, and customers, sourcing new business opportunities, negotiating competitive freight rates, coordinating and dispatching loads for timely pick-up and delivery, tracking shipments, and staying informed about market trends in the US freight industry. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with shippers, carriers, and customers. - Source new business opportunities and manage existing client accounts. - Negotiate freight rates with both customers and carriers to ensure profitability. - Coordinate and dispatch loads, ensuring timely pick-up and delivery. - Track shipments, resolve delivery or service issues, and provide excellent customer service. - Maintain accurate records of all transactions, load details, and communications in the company CRM or TMS. - Stay informed about market trends, carrier capacity, and rate fluctuations in the US freight market. Requirements: - Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Freight Broker, Dispatcher, or Logistics Sales Executive in the US market. - Established network of shippers and carriers is highly preferred. - Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills. - Experience with load boards (DAT, Truckstop, etc.) and CRM/TMS systems. - Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment. - Self-motivated, target-driven, and detail-oriented.
