Freight Broker

You will be joining S&S Brokerage Inc., a thriving logistics and transportation company based in the USA. Your role as a Freight Broker will involve working the Night Shift from 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST. As part of the team, you will play a crucial role in expanding our business in the competitive logistics sector by generating new business, maintaining client relationships, and driving sales growth. - Generate new business through market research and proactive cold calls to potential clients in the USA. - Sell logistics services to cater to the unique transportation needs of customers. - Acquire new business while nurturing long-term relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty. - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients. To excel in this role, you should: - Hold a graduate degree in any discipline. - Possess 1 to 5 years of sales or business development experience, preferably in international sales or account management. - Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Have a proven track record in international sales, with experience in the logistics or transportation industry being advantageous. - Be capable of working effectively in a fast-paced environment. - Be self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
