Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role, based in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar, for a motivated and detail-oriented Freight Broker. The Freight Broker will manage freight shipments by coordinating with carriers and clients, negotiating rates, and building strong relationships to ensure seamless operations. Daily responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service, dispatching shipments, and maintaining account records to meet operational and business goals.

Qualifications

Freight Brokerage and Brokerage skills, with the ability to negotiate effectively
Strong Customer Service skills to build and maintain client and carrier relationships
Dispatching experience to manage and monitor the transportation of shipments efficiently
Account Management expertise to track and handle customer accounts accurately
Proficiency in communication and problem-solving
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work collaboratively
Previous experience in the logistics or transportation industry is an advantage
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred
