Nav Logistics Inc. is Hiring – Freight Broker (Mohali, Punjab India)

We're currently expanding our team and looking for a Freight Broker with 6 months to 1 year of experience who is eager to grow and build a long-term career in the logistics industry.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in coordinating freight shipments with carriers and shippers
• Build and maintain carrier relationships
• Source carriers, negotiate rates, and manage load bookings
• Track and trace active loads, providing real-time updates to customers
• Ensure timely pickups and deliveries while resolving any shipping issues
• Maintain accurate documentation using TMS and load boards

Qualifications:

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in freight brokerage, logistics, or transportation
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Basic understanding of the U.S. freight market and carrier networks is preferred
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Willingness to work night shifts (U.S. time zone)
• Graduate degree or equivalent preferred
