Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Job Title:

Perform regular preventive maintenance on dairy freezers, chillers, and cold room equipment.
Diagnose and repair faults in refrigeration systems, compressors, condensers, and evaporators.
Monitor temperature controls to ensure proper cooling and product safety.
Handle gas charging, leak detection, and replacement of faulty parts.
Maintain service logs, maintenance records, and daily reports.
Attend breakdown calls and resolve issues promptly to reduce downtime.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and industry regulations.
Coordinate with production and quality teams for smooth operations.

Candidate Requirements:

ITI / Diploma in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning (or related field).
1–3 years of experience in freezer or refrigeration maintenance (dairy industry experience preferred).
Knowledge of cold storage systems, refrigerants, and electrical basics.
Ability to work in shift timings and handle emergency breakdowns.
Good problem-solving skills and technical accuracy.
