The company is behind the Bliss Natural brand, which focuses on natural feminine hygiene products made from sustainable Kenaf fibers. Bliss Natural aims to reduce plastic waste from sanitary pads and is Biobased Certified, produced in an FDA-registered facility. The company works towards ending period poverty in India by donating a pad for every 10 sold and adheres to 8 UN sustainable development goals. Green Delight Innovations has grown significantly with support from organizations like USAID, JHPIEGO, and AFD.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Freelance Video Editor located in Coimbatore. The Video Editor will be responsible for video production, editing, color grading, motion graphics, and graphic content creation. Day-to-day tasks include editing video footage, applying color correction, creating motion graphics, and collaborating with the production team to bring creative visions to life.

Qualifications

• Skills in Video Production, Video Editing, and Video Color Grading
• Proficiency in Motion Graphics and general Graphics work
• Experience with relevant video editing software and tools
• Strong attention to detail and creative vision
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work on-site in Coimbatore
• Prior experience in the field is a plus

Key Responsibilities

• Edit raw footage into engaging, polished videos for digital platforms (social media, YouTube, marketing campaigns, corporate content, etc.).
• Add music, sound effects, transitions, color correction, and graphics as required.
• Collaborate with the creative/marketing team to understand project goals and deliver content that meets deadlines.
• Maintain consistency with brand guidelines and ensure high production value.
• Stay updated on industry trends, editing techniques, and new tools.

Requirements

• Minimum 

  3 years of proven experience

   in professional video editing.
• Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or equivalent).
• Strong knowledge of motion graphics, sound design, and color grading.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail and storytelling.
• The role is fully remote; however, the candidate must be based in Coimbatore.
