Job Description

Engagement: Freelance

Domain: Huawei OSS(OSS Administration, NB, SB, FM, AM, Troubleshooting)

We are looking for an experienced Telecom OSS Trainer to deliver training on OSS Administration, FM/AM, NB/SB interfaces, Performance Management, and Troubleshooting across multivendor OSS platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver training on OSS Administration & monitoring workflows.
Explain NB/SB interfaces, network element onboarding & integrations.
Conduct sessions on Alarm Management (AM) and Fault Management (FM).
Train participants on performance dashboards, KPIs & reporting tools.
Provide troubleshooting demos, log analysis, health checks & RCA.
Support hands-on labs, real-time OSS use cases & assessments.

Requirements

Hands-on experience with telecom OSS platforms (Huawei U2020/M2000, Ericsson ENM, Nokia NetAct, ZTE NetNumen, etc.).
Strong understanding of FM/AM workflows, system administration & network element management.
Knowledge of NB/SB integration protocols (FTP, SNMP, SOAP, REST, CORBA).
Prior trainer/SME experience preferred.
Good communication & presentation skills.
