Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Freelance Software Technical Trainer to conduct hands-on training sessions for college students across multiple technology domains. The ideal candidate should have strong subject expertise, a passion for teaching, and the ability to engage students in practical learning.

Key Training Areas:

• Robotics & Embedded Systems
• CAD Tools (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, etc.)
• Artificial Intelligence (AI) & Machine Learning (ML)
• Data Structures & Algorithms (DSA)
• Full Stack Development (Frontend & Backend)
• Natural Language Processing (NLP)
• Data Analytics & Visualization
• NoSQL Databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Deliver structured and engaging classroom or online sessions.
• Simplify technical concepts for better student understanding.
• Provide hands-on training, coding practice, and mini-projects.
• Conduct assessments, track student progress, and provide feedback.
• Guide students in building real-time applications and final-year projects.
• Coordinate with academic staff to align with the curriculum and skill development goals.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge in at least 3–4 of the mentioned domains.
• Prior experience in student training, internships, or workshops.
• Excellent communication and mentoring skills.
• Ability to motivate and engage students with interactive teaching methods.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant field (preferred).
