About the Role

Soft Skills Trainer

Key Responsibilities

Conduct engaging training sessions on soft skills such as:
Communication skills (verbal, written, non-verbal)
Presentation and public speaking
Teamwork and collaboration
Emotional intelligence
Time management & productivity
Conflict resolution and negotiation
Customer handling and professional etiquette
Assess training needs through surveys, feedback, and discussions with managers.
Design customized training modules, workshops, and role-play activities.
Use modern training techniques (interactive, experiential, blended learning).
Track and evaluate effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance improvement.
Provide individual coaching sessions as needed.

• Continuously update training content based on industry best practices.
