Freelance Sealing Machine Consultant

Job Description

Our client, a global medical devices company is looking to engage with a Consultant. They are currently experiencing packaging inefficiencies due to leakage issues in their wet wipes product line. These issues are affecting overall production efficiency and product quality. They need support from a Consultant with hands-on expertise in sachet filling and sealing machines. The ideal candidate will analyze the current packaging line, identify root causes, and suggest actionable improvements related to both machinery and processes. Key Responsibilities: -Visit the manufacturing plant in Coimbatore to assess the sachet packaging line. -Investigate the root causes behind leakage issues in wet wipe sachets. -Evaluate current machinery settings, sealing parameters, and process flow. -Recommend technical and process-related improvements to eliminate leakages. -Suggest preventive measures to avoid recurrence of similar issues. -Work closely with the production and quality teams to implement improvements. Duration- 1 month Capacity- Part time: 5-6 days in a month Location- Coimbatore Skills Required -Proven experience with sachet filling and sealing machines. -Background in FMCG or Pharmaceutical manufacturing is highly preferred. -Strong understanding of packaging machinery operations, troubleshooting, and process optimization. -Ability to identify and solve packaging inefficiencies swiftly. -Willingness to travel to and work on-site at the Coimbatore facility.
