Role Overview:

You’ll collaborate with our in-house creative and video team to craft scripts that blend storytelling, marketing psychology, and brand tonality.

What You’ll Do:

• Write

  short-form video scripts

  (15s to 2 mins) for brand campaigns, product explainers, and factory stories.
• Develop

  longer storytelling scripts

  (1–3 mins) for YouTube films, brand stories, and dealer/architect testimonial videos.
• Understand

  technical details

  of bath fittings & sanitaryware and simplify them into

  relatable narratives.

• Work closely with the Gravity marketing team to maintain brand voice

  — classy, honest, and human.
• Ideate and write

  hooks, dialogues, and visual cues

  that make the script stand out.
• Adapt tone based on the target audience — dealers, architects, or end consumers.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in

  writing for video

  (ad films, brand videos, or YouTube content).
• Ability to write in

  English or Hinglish

  with emotional depth and natural flow.
• Understanding of

  storytelling, timing, and pacing

  for digital platforms (Instagram, YouTube, WhatsApp).
• Comfortable working with briefs, voiceovers, and visual storyboards.
• Quick turnaround and openness to feedback.

Preferred (Not Mandatory):

• Prior experience in

  home décor, interiors, lifestyle, or product branding.

• Familiarity with content scripting for D2C or B2B brands.

Deliverables:

• 4–6 short scripts per month (15–90 seconds)
• 1–2 long scripts per campaign (2–3 minutes)
• Optional: Taglines or voiceover drafts when required
  

Compensation:

Per-script or monthly retainer basis — depending on experience and output quality.
