Job Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Consultant to lead our sales pipeline and grow our international presence. This commission-based, full-time role offers an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about building and scaling international businesses. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in setting up sales processes, generating leads, and driving deal closures to expand into multiple countries.
Qualifications and Skills
* Experience: 1 3 years in international sales or B2B exports, preferably in essential oils, handicrafts, or similar industries.
* Communication: Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are a plus.
* Cultural Awareness: Ability to adapt to diverse business environments and respect international norms.
* Sales Expertise: Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills with a proven track record in sales.
* Tech Savvy: Proficiency in using online B2B portals like Alibaba, IndiaMART, and ExportersIndia.
* Market Research: Skilled in analyzing international market trends, identifying opportunities, and crafting strategic sales plans.
* Self-Starter: Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and achieve targets.
Roles and Responsibilities
* Develop and implement a structured sales process and pipeline for international markets.
* Establish a presence on online B2B platforms and manage lead generation activities.
* Identify and connect with potential buyers, distributors, and strategic partners globally.
* Conduct market research to explore opportunities in new countries and regions.
* Schedule and conduct meetings with potential buyers to showcase our product range.
* Negotiate terms and close deals with buyers to meet and exceed sales targets.
* Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with international clients.
* Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and pipeline progress.
Compensation Structure
* Commission-Based: Earn 10%-15% of net profits on every deal closed.
