About the Role:

We are seeking dynamic and experienced Freelance Real Estate Consultants to collaborate on residential property sale and purchase transactions (Existing & New Projects) in Gurgaon. This is a flexible, performance-driven opportunity for professionals with strong local market knowledge and client-handling skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and source residential properties for sale and purchase in Gurgaon.
• Build and maintain a network of property owners, buyers, brokers, and developers.
• Conduct site visits, property inspections, and client meetings.
• Negotiate deals and facilitate documentation and closure.
• Provide market insights and pricing guidance to clients.
• Maintain professional communication and uphold brand reputation.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in residential real estate transactions (Gurgaon market preferred).
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage client relationships.
• Familiarity with legal documentation and property registration processes.
• Own conveyance and mobile phone.

Commission Structure:

• 50-50% commission sharing on successful transactions.
• No fixed salary; earnings are performance-based.
• Conveyance & Mobile SIM will be provided
