Freelance Sales Consultant

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Freelance Business Development Manager to join Caprice, a creative and digital marketing company. Your primary responsibility will be to identify potential clients, build relationships, and convert leads into long-term customers.

Your Role Includes:

• Researching and identifying potential clients across healthcare and service industries
• Reaching out via WhatsApp, Email, Instagram DM, and phone calls
• Pitching Caprice’s social media and creative services
• Setting up meetings with decision-makers
• Conducting discovery calls and explaining our service offerings
• Sharing our portfolio, case studies, and pricing
• Maintaining follow-up sequences to close deals
• Onboarding new clients and coordinating with the internal team for smooth handover

What We Expect From You:

• Strong communication & sales skills
• Experience in client outreach or business development
• Ability to understand client needs and present customized solutions
• Consistent weekly lead generation
• A minimum of 4 conversions per month
• Professional behaviour and follow-up discipline
