Freelance Sales Consultant

You will be working as a Freelance Real Estate Sales Associate for GIO Realty, a reputable real estate consultancy in Hyderabad known for its transparent dealings and customer-first approach. Your main responsibility will be to promote and sell GIO Realty's exclusive property listings in Hyderabad and surrounding regions, including open plots, flats, villas, and farm lands. This role offers a high-reward opportunity with zero investment and full flexibility. Key Responsibilities: - Market and sell various types of properties in Hyderabad and nearby locations - Identify and approach potential buyers through your local network and online platforms - Arrange and assist with site visits and address client queries - Coordinate with the internal team for brochures, pricing, and closing processes - Attend basic training sessions (virtual or in-person) to familiarize yourself with project details Qualifications Required: - Prior experience in real estate sales or a similar field would be beneficial - Strong communication and negotiation skills - Ability to work independently and manage your own time effectively - Knowledge of the Hyderabad real estate market and surrounding areas would be an advantage Please note that this is a freelance position with a contract length of 24 months.
