Your Role

Frontend Developer

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of high-performance, responsive front-end applications
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product teams, and backend engineers to deliver seamless user experiences
• Make architectural decisions on frontend frameworks, component libraries, and development workflows
• Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to maintain quality standards
• Set and enforce best practices for frontend performance, accessibility, testing, and scalability
• Work closely with QA and DevOps teams to ensure smooth deployments and releases
• Stay updated with the latest frontend technologies and bring innovation into the team
