This remote role is ideal for professionals who excel in sourcing, screening, and placing top US-based IT / Non IT/Health care/ Executive/Legal/Engineering/Defence/Logistics/Pharma talent, and who are well-versed in US recruitment Key Responsibilities:Manage the entire US IT/ Non IT/ Health care/ Executive/Legal/Engineering/Defence/Logistics/Pharma recruitment life cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.Build and optimize Boolean search strings to identify the right talent from portals Review and analyze technical job descriptions and resumes using ATS tools.Conduct initial screenings and evaluate candidates for technical fit, cultural alignment, and availability.Maintain strong candidate relationships through effective follow-ups and communication.Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, MCA, BCA, B.Sc IT, or a related technical field.2+ years of hands-on experience in US recruitment Proficient in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook).Excellent communication skills - written and verbal.A proactive, detail-oriented, and self-motivated professional with strong analytical and negotiation skills.What We Offer:Flexible remote work environmentOpportunity to work with reputed US clientsCompetitive performance incentivesCollaborative and supportive team culture
