Freelance Recruiter

looking to onboard experienced Freelance Recruiters based in Bangalore who have their own active database of local candidates and a proven track record in bulk or volume hiring, specifically for Customer Service Representative (CSR) roles.

This engagement is ideal for independent recruiters, staffing consultants, or small agencies who can deliver quick closures with high joining ratios.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and submit Bangalore-based local candidates for Customer Service Representative roles
• Leverage own database, referrals, and local sourcing channels (no dependency on job portals alone)
• Conduct initial screening for communication skills, availability, and role fit
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and the client
• Ensure high candidate joining and retention rates
• Maintain accurate candidate tracking and regular status updates
• Support bulk hiring targets within tight timelines

Candidate Profile / Requirements

• Must be based in Bangalore
• Must have an existing database of Bangalore local candidates (mandatory)
• Prior experience hiring for Customer Service / BPO / Call Center / Support roles
• Strong understanding of volume hiring dynamics
• Ability to close positions quickly with minimal hand-holding
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Should be comfortable working on freelance / success-based payment models

Job Type: Freelance
Contract length: 1 month

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
