Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Freelance Recruiter located in Patna. The Freelance Recruiter will be responsible for identifying and sourcing talented candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating with clients to ensure their staffing needs are met. Daily tasks include creating job descriptions, posting job ads, screening resumes, and conducting candidate assessments. Additionally, the recruiter will maintain candidate databases and support both employers and job seekers through the hiring process.

Qualifications

Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, and sourcing
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and candidate management tools
Proficiency in conducting interviews and assessing candidate qualifications
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
Experience in the IT sector is a plus
