Role Overview:

Jayshree Instruments Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a freelance Quality Assurance Specialist with a strong focus on documentation and compliance. This role primarily involves preparing, maintaining, and organizing quality-related records and ensuring that all quality processes are properly documented and audit-ready.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain QA documentation such as inspection reports, checklists, defect logs, and compliance files.
• Ensure quality-related records are complete, accurate, and stored systematically (both digitally and physically).
• Coordinate with production and QA teams to collect and compile necessary documentation.
• Review existing documents for consistency, clarity, and adherence to internal standards.
• Assist in preparing records for internal/external audits and ISO compliance.
• Suggest improvements to documentation systems for better traceability and efficiency.
