  • Minimum

    6 years

    of B2B performance marketing experience
  • A strong track record with

    IT services, SaaS, or product-based businesses

    (not optional!)
  • Proven skills in

    LinkedIn + Google Ads

    (Meta is a plus!)
  • Data-savvy mindset: you love testing, learning, and optimising
  • You know your way around:
  • Retargeting
  • Funnel optimization
  • Budgeting that doesn’t burn
  • Measuring and scaling like a pro
  • A deep love for data and creativity that converts
