Freelance Investment Associate

As an Investment Associate at one of India's largest diversified financial services providers, your role will involve: - Working with the team to build/refresh strategy, develop thematic investment thesis, and create a pipeline of potential investment leads. - Leading deal execution by building financial models, preparing investment memoranda, and overseeing due diligence efforts. - Providing analytic and strategic support to portfolio companies, conducting market scanning, and participating in follow-on financing discussions. - Assisting in building exit pathways and collaborating closely with portfolio companies on various aspects like strategy, hiring plans, market trends, fundraising, and exit efforts. Qualifications and Skills required for this role include: - 4-8 years of experience in company evaluation and financial analysis, preferably at a private equity firm, investment bank, or management consultancy. - Knowledge in Manufacturing/Consumer domain is highly desirable. - Strong analytic, strategic thinking, project management, communication, and writing skills. - Ability to work effectively in a highly collaborative environment.,
