About The Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about Human Resources, eager to learn, and looking to gain hands-on experience in a startup environment. As an HR Intern, you will support day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, and employee engagement activities while working closely with the HR team.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordination.
  • Support in drafting job descriptions and internship postings.
  • Maintain candidate databases and track applications.
  • Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and internal communication.
  • Assist with HR research, policies, and compliance tasks as needed.
