We are seeking talented Graphic Designers from India to join our team remotely. This role involves working on creative projects that require strong design expertise and critical evaluation skills.

What You’ll Do:

• Create and respond to graphic design-related questions and challenges reflecting real-world creative scenarios.
• Review and evaluate visual reasoning and problem-solving design responses.
• Assess accuracy and design quality, providing constructive feedback to improve overall performance.
• Collaborate across various projects based on your skills and experience.

What We’re Looking For:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher (or currently enrolled) in Design-related fields such as Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, Visual Communication, Digital Media, Fine Arts, or equivalent.
• Subject Expertise: Strong understanding of graphic design principles and applications.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to develop complex design prompts and critically assess creative solutions.
• Communication: Clear, concise writing skills to explain design decisions and critique visual content.
• Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in evaluating both technical and aesthetic aspects of design work.

Nice to Have:

• Professional experience in graphic design, branding, typography, digital media, UX/UI, or motion graphics.
• Experience in writing or editorial roles such as content strategist, technical writer, or editor.
• Interest or background in creative technology tools.
