About the Role

Freelance Automobile Sales Trainers

Key Responsibilities

Conduct
Classroom & On-the-Job (OJT)
training sessions for dealer sales teams.
Deliver
product training, sales process training, soft skills training
, and refresher modules.
Facilitate
role plays, simulations, and customer interaction exercises
.
Evaluate trainee performance and share detailed feedback reports.
Ensure training sessions are aligned with OEM guidelines and dealer requirements.
Maintain high engagement and ensure training effectiveness.
Prepare and submit training MIS, attendance, and daily reports.

Required Skills & Experience

Must have prior experience
in Automobile Sales Training (OEM or dealer network).
Strong knowledge of
sales processes, customer lifecycle, lead management, dealership operations
, and product demonstration.
Excellent
communication, presentation, and facilitation
skills.
Ability to engage participants and deliver impactful sessions.
Comfortable with
travel
within assigned regions (if required).
Ability to manage training logistics, coordination, and reporting independently.

Educational Qualification

Graduate or Postgraduate (MBA preferred).
Training certifications will be an added advantage.
