Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated Freelance Associate to support our real estate marketing and sales efforts on a part-time or full-time basis. The role involves customer interaction, site visit coordination, and sales support. Ideal candidates should have basic real estate market knowledge, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently while earning on a performance-driven model.

Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and self-driven Freelance Associate to support our real estate marketing and sales activities. This role is ideal for individuals who have a strong interest in real estate, enjoy interacting with customers, and are looking to generate additional income through flexible working arrangements.

The associate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, coordinating site visits, and supporting sales conversions while representing the company professionally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries related to real estate projects.
  • Understand customer requirements and guide them with suitable property options.
  • Coordinate and manage site visits with prospective clients.
  • Assist in lead follow-ups, customer engagement, and closure support.
  • Work on basic market understanding including customer segmentation and target audience.
  • Maintain regular communication with internal teams and clients.
  • Represent the company professionally during customer interactions and site visits.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Prior experience or working knowledge of the real estate market. (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Understanding of customer segmentation, target markets, and positioning.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in Telugu, Hindi, and English.
  • Ability to handle customer queries confidently and professionally.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently.

Preferred Qualifications

  • B. Com / BBA / MBA in Sales or Marketing (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Previous experience in real estate sales, channel partner roles, or freelance sales assignments (preferred but not mandatory).
