Key Responsibilities

Training Delivery

• Conduct engaging

  online or in-person workshops

  on Agentic AI concepts:
• AI agents and action-oriented AI systems
• ReAct (Reasoning + Acting) framework
• Multi-agent systems
• LLM tool-use
• Workflow automation using LAMs
• Integrating AI with real-world tools/APIs
• Deliver beginner-to-advanced programs with

  examples, demos, and hands-on labs

  .

Curriculum Development

• Design training modules, slides, case studies, coding exercises, and workflow templates.
• Develop practical labs using:
• Python + LangChain
• n8n / Zapier / Make
• AutoGPT / CrewAI / Swarm frameworks
• OpenAI API / Anthropic API
• Produce course materials, assessments, and project work.

Real-World Use Case Development

• Build industry-relevant use cases in sectors such as:
• Telecom & IT
• Finance
• E-commerce
• HR & Operations
• Healthcare
• Marketing / Sales automation
• Demonstrate end-to-end agent workflows (retrieval → reasoning → action → validation).

Consultation & Advisory

• Guide client teams on adopting Agentic AI responsibly.
• Help in designing custom AI automation workflows.
• Provide mentoring to developers, analysts, and non-technical teams.

Required Skills & Expertise

Technical Skills

• Strong understanding of:
• Large Language Models (LLMs)
• Agentic AI frameworks (ReAct, TORA, CoT, Toolformer)
• LangChain / Autogen / CrewAI / Swarm
• n8n / Make / Zapier workflows
• Vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Chroma)
• API integration and Python scripting
• AI evaluation, monitoring, and safety

Training & Facilitation Skills

• Proven experience in delivering technical training.
• Ability to simplify complex topics for diverse audiences.
• Hands-on demo and lab facilitation skills.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.

Preferred Background

• Experience as AI Engineer, ML Engineer, Automation Architect, or AI Consultant.
• Prior experience working on automation products or agent-based systems.
• Published tutorials, GitHub projects, or training videos (added advantage).

Certifications (Preferred but Not Mandatory)

• OpenAI developer certifications
• Microsoft AI Engineer
• Google Cloud ML certifications
• Certified Advanced Prompt Engineer
• Any relevant automation tool certifications (n8n, Zapier, Make)

Soft Skills

• Analytical thinking and problem-solving
• Client management and interpersonal skills
• Creativity in designing scenarios and labs
• Ability to work independently as a freelancer
