Fraud Investigator

As an Investigator at IIRIS for the Retail Lending Investigations department in Noida, you will have the opportunity to work closely with the internal investigations team, supporting end-to-end processes related to fraud detection, documentation review, and report preparation. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are passionate about building a career in financial investigations and risk management. Key Responsibilities: - Support senior investigators in preparing and closing investigation reports related to retail lending cases. - Assist in compiling and analyzing financial data, documentation, and other evidence required for investigations. - Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather necessary information and documents efficiently. - Prepare Management Information System (MIS) reports and data summaries as per the team's requirements. - Maintain organized records and support documentation management throughout the investigation lifecycle. - Undergo structured training to learn investigation procedures, report-writing best practices, and regulatory requirements. - Ensure compliance with standards, confidentiality, and internal protocols during all investigation phases. Qualifications: - M.Com or MBA (Finance) graduates with strong analytical and documentation skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. - Proficiency in MS Excel and basic understanding of financial documents. - Keen attention to detail and the ability to work independently and collaboratively. - Interest in financial fraud detection, risk, and compliance domains.
