Job Description

Job Title Analyst – Fraud Analytics (Money Mules) – (Individual Contributor)Department – Credit Analytics & Innovation UnitLocation: Gurgaon/ BangaloreWork Experience: 2-5 years in analytics role

Understand various data elements in Money Mules Ecosystem.
In-depth transaction, profile & demographic analysis to identify potential money mules and proactively action them from bank’s perspective which maintaining minimum friction from customer perspective.
Document, monitor and manage all money mule capture rules from audit/ regulatory standpoint.
Work with multiple stakeholders (internal and partners) to provide data driven inputs on partner engagements.
Able to deal with changing environment and requirements depending on business strategies.
Facilitate deployment and ensure accuracy of scoring of rules/models with the help of IT teams.

Pre-requisites

Prior Experience in data driven insight generation, representation and recommendation.
Ability to work individually and across different teams to achieve desired results.
Strong interpersonal skills, good in stakeholder management
Self-driven, appetite for learning, hard task master to get job done and never give up attitude.

Technical Skills:

Strong exposure to Python, Pyspark, Databricks, SQL etc.
Expert in MS excel & PowerPoint
