We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused candidates for a Fraud Transaction Analyst for client at Hitech City, Hyderabad location. The role involves handling International Voice resolving queries, and providing a high-quality customer experience.
Handle inbound calls from customers in a professional manner.
Understand customer queries and provide accurate, timely resolutions
Maintain customer satisfaction by providing prompt and effective support.
Update internal systems with call details and follow-up actions.
Meet daily/weekly performance targets related to call quality and productivity.
Min one year of experience into banking or fraud transactions experience,
Strong customer handling and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
Should have all Education documents
Aadhar, pan ,Education Memo's
Previous Organization's:- Offer Letter, Pay slips and Relieving Letters
