Experience:

Role Overview:

The HR Business Partner will support business leaders and employees across various HR functions including employee engagement, grievance handling, performance management, exit management, retention, and succession planning. The role also involves job rotation coordination, stakeholder management, and handling internal HR projects. The ideal candidate should possess strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Employee Engagement

  • Support the design and execution of engagement activities and initiatives.
  • Conduct pulse surveys and feedback sessions; track action plans to improve engagement levels.
  • Coordinate employee events, R&R programs, and cultural initiatives.

2. Grievance Handling

  • Act as the first point of contact for employee concerns.
  • Address and document grievances in a timely, confidential, and professional manner.
  • Escalate issues appropriately and support in conducting inquiries or investigations.

3. Stakeholder Management

  • Partner with business leaders to understand workforce needs and challenges.
  • Build strong relationships with managers to provide HR support and guidance.
  • Ensure timely communication and alignment between HR and internal stakeholders.

4. Performance Management System (PMS)

  • Assist in the implementation of performance appraisal cycles.
  • Track goal-setting, mid-year reviews, and annual evaluations.
  • Support managers and employees with PMS tools, documentation, and processes.

5. Exit Management

  • Facilitate end-to-end exit processes including resignation handling, exit interviews, and F&F coordination.
  • Analyze exit trends and share insights with management.

6. Retention & Succession Planning

  • Track early warning signals and support retention initiatives.
  • Work with leaders to identify critical roles and potential successors.
  • Support HR in creating development plans for high-potential employees.

7. Job Rotation & Internal Mobility

  • Support internal job rotation programs and coordinate inter-departmental transfers.
  • Maintain documentation and track movement requests.

8. Internal Project Handling

  • Contribute to HR transformation or improvement projects.
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and documentation as required.
  • Assist in driving HR automation, process improvements, and new policy rollouts.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelors/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 0.6 to 3 years of experience in HR generalist or HRBP roles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage sensitive matters with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Good understanding of HR processes and policies.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; experience with HRMS tools is an advantage.
  • Strong coordination, problem-solving, and analytical abilities.
