Franchisee Acquisition Manager

As a Franchise Acquisition Manager, you will play a key role in identifying, approaching, and acquiring new franchisees and sub-brokers in targeted regions. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing regional franchise growth strategies, conducting meetings, presentations, and business pitches for potential partners, and evaluating partner profiles to ensure alignment with company standards. You will collaborate closely with compliance, operations, and marketing teams to facilitate smooth onboarding processes and meet monthly and quarterly acquisition targets. To excel in this role, you should possess a graduate/postgraduate degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, along with at least 3-7 years of experience in franchise acquisition, channel development, or B2B sales. A strong network in the broking, mutual funds, or banking industry will be advantageous. Excellent negotiation and communication skills are essential, along with a willingness to travel extensively within assigned territories.
