Franchisee Acquisition Manager

You will be joining India's leading Early Childhood & K-12 Education company which has a vast network of over 1,500 Schools and has been successfully operating for the past 25 years. The company has always been at the forefront of innovation in the educational sector, driving positive changes in the educational landscape. Your role will be based in Kolkata and will involve onboarding new Franchisee Partners to enhance the company's presence in the assigned territory. You will be responsible for appointing new channels and ensuring the smooth operationalization of partner centers from end to end. To excel in this role, you will need to achieve high-quality sign-ups by aggressively pursuing leads provided by the central team. You should proactively identify new leads and convert them through effective sales pitches. Additionally, you will be required to ensure efficient operationalization and handover, run pre-launch marketing initiatives for business generation, complete sales administration, and ensure compliance. The ideal candidate for this position should be a Graduate with 5-8 years of experience in franchise acquisition and deal-making. An MBA in Sales & Marketing with 4-6 years of experience in education, retail, or franchising would be preferred.
