Job Description

As a Franchise Success Account Manager at Ignite Visibility, an award-winning digital marketing agency in San Diego, CA, your role will be fully remote. You are a highly driven service-oriented professional with excellent communication skills, capable of serving a wide variety of client personalities and possessing a breadth of digital marketing competencies. Your natural abilities in relationship-building and earning people's trust, along with a business development mindset, attention to detail, task-driven approach, and quick learning abilities, will enable you to effectively manage and collaborate with peers to solve digital marketing problems for clients. Your proactive contributions to strategic thinking will be crucial for more senior positions. Responsibilities: - Work closely with the Account Manager - Provide front-line customer service to support franchisees, address their queries, and enhance client satisfaction - Understand clients" contracts and identify selling opportunities to increase revenue - Assist in onboarding new franchise locations - Act as a liaison between corporate and franchises for communication updates and sales support - Consult and build clients" needs inside HubSpot for maximum impact based on their sales and marketing processes - Collaborate with internal team members to drive results, identify risks and opportunities, and ensure accountability to budget, timelines, productivity, and standards - Attend key account meetings as required - Ensure all meetings are scheduled, parties are notified, and documentation is prepared in advance - Keep status reports, billing, and budget summaries up-to-date and error-free - Manage billing changes, obtain client approvals for estimates and change orders, and escalate cancellation requests - Partner with the Client Success Director to discuss revenue opportunities and new business - Use business management and communication platforms to inform stakeholders, assign tasks, and manage projects effectively - Stay updated on industry trends - Assist with help desk tickets, presentations, and proposal development - Perform other duties as assigned by management Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field - Knowledge of digital marketing channels or services - Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate rapidly and effectively - Drive to continually learn and grow in digital marketing - Experience in franchise or multi-location marketing - Ability to manage multiple account management projects simultaneously - Strong rapport-building and problem-solving skills - Attention to detail and organizational skills - 2+ years of sales, customer service, or client services experience - Business acumen and experience with Project Management systems,
