Job Description

As a Digital Marketing Account Manager at Ignite Visibility, you will be responsible for managing franchise accounts and assisting clients in achieving their short- and long-term goals. You will serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their satisfaction, maintaining account health, and delivering high-quality work to meet client objectives. This fully remote role is available to U.S. residents in any of the 50 states. **Responsibilities:** - Act as a strategic partner to clients, engaging with them throughout the project lifecycle - Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for clients - Manage client expectations, strategies, and overall account health while actively mitigating risks - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality work - Maintain account profitability and efficiencies using agency resources - Foster and uphold client trust in the agency and its team members - Provide regular reports and status updates to clients to demonstrate the value delivered - Collaborate with the Client Success Director to identify revenue growth opportunities and new business prospects - Handle billing changes, new estimates, and change orders - Communicate promptly and effectively with all project stakeholders - Stay informed about industry trends to remain a leader in digital marketing - Support the sales team with presentations and proposal development - Perform any additional tasks assigned by management **Required Qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field - Demonstrated experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, or Account Executive in a digital marketing agency supporting franchise clients - Proficient English communication skills with the ability to influence key stakeholders - Eagerness to continuously expand digital marketing knowledge - Familiarity with digital marketing channels such as Paid Search, SEO, Display, Social, Content Marketing, UX, and Analytics - Experience in B2B & B2C lead generation - Previous involvement in franchise or multi-location marketing - Strong sales, client growth, and account management capabilities - Capacity to manage multiple projects concurrently - Proven ability to establish rapport with clients and effectively solve problems - Attention to detail, organizational skills, negotiation, and presentation abilities - Minimum 4 years of client account management/success experience - Minimum 4 years of sales and business development experience - Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing - Business acumen and prior interaction with business executives - Familiarity with Project Management systems like PK4, Slack, and website analytic tools such as Google Analytics If you decide to join Ignite Visibility, you will have the opportunity to develop a long-term career with a company that prioritizes client success and professional growth.
