Role Overview: As a Digital Marketing Account Manager at Ignite Visibility, an award-winning digital marketing agency, your role will be client-facing and post-sale. You will work with a dedicated group of clients, serving as their primary contact to understand and achieve their short- and long-term goals. Your responsibilities will include maintaining client satisfaction, growing accounts through upsells and renewals, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality work to meet client goals. Key Responsibilities: - Be a strategic partner to clients, serving as the day-to-day point of contact - Manage client expectations and strategies from inception to delivery - Ensure client satisfaction by managing overall account health and actively managing risk - Collaborate with internal departments to deliver timely quality work - Maintain account profitability and efficiencies while utilizing agency resources - Work towards building client trust and providing regular reports and status updates - Maintain a business development mindset to increase client revenue - Manage billing changes, obtain client approvals for estimates and change orders - Communicate effectively with all project stakeholders - Stay updated on industry trends and assist sales team with presentations and proposals - Perform other duties as assigned by management Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field - Proven experience in account management or sales in a digital marketing agency supporting franchise clients - Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients - Drive to continuously learn and grow in digital marketing knowledge - Understanding of digital marketing channels and experience with lead generation - Experience in franchise or multi-location marketing - Strong sales and client growth skills - Ability to manage multiple account projects simultaneously - Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills - Strong negotiation and presentation abilities - 4+ years of client account management experience, 4+ years of sales and business development experience, and 5+ years working in digital marketing Note: Ignite Visibility offers competitive salary base, comprehensive benefits, commission opportunities, employee advancement, and professional development opportunities.
