Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic Franchise Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying franchise opportunities, supporting existing franchisees, and ensuring consistent brand standards across locations in Kerala.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage potential franchise partners.
• Travel extensively across Kerala to meet with franchisees and prospects.
• Conduct meetings, training sessions, and site visits.
• Provide operational and marketing support to new and existing franchises.
• Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and operational procedures.
• Report regularly to the regional franchise head with updates and insights.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively across Kerala.
• Ability to manage relationships with multiple stakeholders.
• Prior experience in QSR or franchising is a plus, but not mandatory.
