Franchise Development Executive

As a Franchise Development Executive (FDE) at i2Global, located in Koramangala, Bengaluru, you will be an integral part of a fast-growing EdTech platform offering diversified educational services. Your role will involve connecting with potential franchise partners, qualifying leads, and scheduling meetings for the Franchise Development Manager (FDM). Your contribution will play a vital role in expanding quality education through the franchise network. Your responsibilities will include making outbound calls to leads provided by the marketing team, sharing information about i2Global's franchise opportunities, and assessing leads" intent, interest, and investment capability before qualifying them. Additionally, you will schedule virtual meetings with qualified leads for the FDM, track all interactions and follow-ups using the CRM system, and coordinate with the marketing team to ensure lead quality and feedback loops. Meeting daily calling targets and monthly scheduling KPIs will be essential. To excel in this role, you should ideally possess a Bachelor's degree, with a preference for a background in Business, Marketing, or Communications. An experience of 6 months to 1 year in tele-calling, inside sales, or lead qualification is desirable. Strong communication and persuasive skills in English and regional languages, coupled with excellent listening skills and a customer-focused attitude, are crucial. You should be comfortable working with CRM tools and reporting systems, and exhibit self-motivation with a result-driven mindset.
