Franchise Development associate

At Bethliving, we’re reimagining Indian homes with zero-wood, eco-friendly, and fire-safe modular furniture. As part of our expansion journey, we are looking for a Franchisee Recruitment Manager who’s driven by results, thrives in people-driven environments, and knows how to spot entrepreneurial talent across India.

What You’ll Do:

Identify and onboard high-potential franchisees aligned with our brand vision.

Pitch Bethliving’s franchise model with clarity and conviction.

Handle complete franchise acquisition lifecycle – from lead generation to onboarding.

Coordinate with Regional & National Sales Managers to target high-opportunity territories.

Maintain a live pipeline and report directly to the CEO on progress.

What You Bring:

3–4 years of experience in channel sales, agency recruitment, or partner development (insurance/telecom/FMCG preferred).

Fluent in Hindi + 2–3 Indian languages – a natural relationship builder.

Confident with digital tools – CRM, MS Office, onboarding dashboards.

Willingness to travel and drive results in a fast-paced growth setup

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹28,000.00 per month
