Job Description

Role Overview: As a Franchise Coordinator, your main responsibility will be to identify, engage, and onboard interested reporters and regional representatives into our organization's franchise network. You will need to leverage strong communication, coordination, and relationship-building skills to ensure a seamless onboarding process and foster long-term associations with the organization. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and connect with reporters, journalists, and regional representatives who express interest in partnering with the organization. - Explain the organization's franchise model, policies, and benefits to prospective reporters and persuade them to come on board. - Serve as the primary point of contact between the organization and potential franchise partners throughout the onboarding process. - Collaborate with internal departments (HR, Legal, Finance, etc.) to complete all necessary documentation and formalities for onboarding. - Maintain a database of interested reporters and monitor their onboarding progress. - Ensure timely follow-ups and address any queries raised by potential partners. - Assist in planning and executing franchise outreach campaigns and initiatives. - Generate periodic reports on franchise leads, conversions, and onboarding activities. - Cultivate and nurture strong professional relationships with franchise reporters to guarantee their satisfaction and retention. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. - Proven experience in franchise development, business development, or related roles. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Strong organizational abilities with a keen attention to detail. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment. - Prior experience in the media industry is a plus.
